      Company is still in growing phase, for more responsible positions the perks are equally good.

      Cons

      As being a growing company, the work life balance is not that good. For each project the pressure went from top to bottom to each individual.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
