Company is not sales driven and blind loyalty to management is the mantra for survival and growth 2. Top management has kind of disdain for growing sales leadership, extreme nepotism at the country level in India, highly enouraged by top management in APAC and CORP 4. No systems and processes. Run like a small family driven enterprise wherein decisions are imposed by the top on hearsay. No performance metrics considered for promotion 5. Toxic and opaque culture
