      Pros

      Small town job that pays pretty well.

      Cons

      Good old boy network is a serious problem. Also the focus on acquiring young talent has caused leadership to neglect the long term talent they have. However the local talent knows to leave them they will likely have to relocate and that is used like a hammer on those who do the work.

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
