      Pros

      Plenty of overtime. Little chance of being laid off because of factors out of your control. Decent amount of days off.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. Terrible communication with other branches of the company. Depressing atmosphere to work in where processors get all the blame even when it is not their fault. Almost zero chance for promotion within the company.

      Nothing comes to mind in term of pros.

      Cons

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
