Pros
Some employees are exceptional. The exec team, despite their so-called "serial entrepreneurship" and expertise is an embarrassment. Most leadership can barely use basic software (e.g., Office Suite) despite investing thousands of dollars in enterprise solutions.
Cons
-Exec team is borderline incompetent. -The culture hinges on passive-aggression and saying whatever the exec team wants to hear. -The product does not exist in any meaningful way. -Exec team treats employees with little to no respect but demand almost grade-school levels of respect in return.
