      Can make a big impact since fairly new still. Enacting real change for government based agencies

      Cons

      Overworked no 401k match. Venture capital gutted the place. Not generating a profit financially

      Mission-Driven Company With Talented Colleagues but Challenging Workload and Stability Concerns

      Pros

      Benchmark Analytics is a mission-driven organization focused on improving public safety and police accountability. The company offers remote work opportunities and fosters a collaborative environment where management genuinely cares about the product and its impact. Employees have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest and most dedicated professionals in the field.

      Cons

      However, the demanding nature of the work can lead to long hours, with 60–80 hour weeks not being uncommon to meet deliverables. Compensation appears below industry standards, and the organization seems to rely heavily on employees’ passion for the mission. There are no stock options, and some financial decisions such as granting raises and subsequently revoking them due to business performance may raise concerns about the company’s stability.
