Smart, motivated, and driven employees. Mission to positively impact police interactions with communities they serve compelling

Cons

Excessive hubris and arrogance demonstrated by exec team. Selling vaporware instead of actual proven product, culture of berating and micromanaging talented employees to ruthlessly pursue what they think is the “right” way to build SaaS software

Overworked no 401k match. Venture capital gutted the place. Not generating a profit financially
