Disappointing - Animator Bento Box Entertainment Employee Review

There was a lack of communication not only between the LA and Atlanta branches, but also between the managerial staff. The constant but subtle hostile tensions between individuals at this level made it a toxic work environment. I would not recommend this studio for a first time animation/design job opportunity because the burn out was common among employees. Pay was minimal for the amount expected to be completed within a short time frame.
