One of the manager explicitly said spend the money you save for traveling to office for internet. 2) Attrition rate is very high in Rebit team due to poor hikes. 3) Hike for freshers is after 18 months. 4) HR would contact the employees to give a nice review on Glassdoor and share the screenshot with them which is unethical. 5) Provides workation for newly recruited whereas there is nothing for existing employees which ultimately results in high employee attrition.
