There is a pattern here of: - feeding you a lot of lies about how they care - find out what you can do and they will keep shoveling it to you and if you are a workaholic then you better not apply for a job here if you are not in the Management level because there will not be any compensation for overtime - support for those that complain and do little to nothing productive - When you need time off HR scrutinizes every hour and makes you feel like a prisoner at the company for even asking
