It's a very inclusive and transparent workplace. The remote work allows for good flexibility and work / life balance. Management puts a lot of focus on supporting the employees and the people are generally fun and very easy to work with.

It's an early stage and small company (35-40 employees) so the work can be demanding and there aren't as many systems and processes in place as a much larger company (100+ employees). This does allow for more impact and more efficiency for the right type of employee.
