1. Israeli customers are terrible. 2. You always have to answer calls, like a slave. 3. You are always being watched over by your supervisor. 4. You are always encouraged (and sometimes, forced) to offer customers stuff they don't really need. 5. If you don't perform well (answering enough calls, selling enough useless stuff, sending too many technicians to customers), your supervisor will annoy you 24/7.
