Thanks for your review. It's disappointing that this is your view of the business, but we are always happy to learn from any feedback received. Our recent staff survey showed very high levels of satisfaction, engagement and morale across both our Manchester and Glasgow sales teams, and retention rates in 2018 were amongst the highest on record. We invest heavily into the development of our sales people.
