Pros

⁃ Friendly and talented employees. ⁃ Every employee has an important role and is good at what they do. Everyone is knowledgable in their job, which potentially means a lot of learning for new employees. ⁃ Good products that are competitive in the industry. ⁃ Staff get along really well, and the culture here is great. ⁃ There’s opportunities to help out in other departments if you want to own a diverse set of responsibilities. ⁃ Great benefits! ⁃ Team lunches and events held frequently. BBQ and basketball hoop on site! ⁃ Great focus on customer service from the company as a whole ⁃ Incredibly hard-working President/CEO who has the well-being of all his employees in mind

Cons

Would have liked to have seen more meetings and performance review(s)/feedback.

Pros

I worked with Biolytic for over a year as a QA engineer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working there. The company's culture is great. People are friendly and fun to work with. Management is very supportive and respectful. I would recommend working at Biolytic for a good Work-Life balance.

Cons

If you don't enjoy working with a small team/company, this is probably not for you.

Pros

Working at this company was decent. Salary is below market rate but at least health and dental benefits are taken care of by the company. Work pace is slow on most days so there is tendency to lose focus on productivity. Loose company culture which is good to not feel micromanaged.

Cons

Management is not organized and does not communicate well to the rest of the employees. Small company size means there's not a lot of room for role promotions. Under the current leadership, there is no innovation and is playing catchup with its competitors.
