You've taken the time to build an evaluation of a bunch of different areas within Biorasi. Since we encourage people to think about solving problems outside their formal roles, I'm glad you developed opinions across a wide range of topics. You're a current employee, so I'd encourage you to talk to our Manager of People & Culture about how we can improve. Or, if you don't feel comfortable doing that, send an anonymous email to cbarr@biorasi.com. Without going into everything you brought up, I do want to point out two things about TALOS. First, it doesn't have to be a validated system because we use other software for when validation is required. That's by design. Second, there has been a tremendous number of new features and fixes to TALOS just in 2019. If you haven't seen them yet, please talk to the TALOS team or to your colleagues. And if it doesn't do what you need it to do, especially talk to the development team! They want and NEED your input so that they can make great software.
