Good - Sales Support Bisnode Employee Review

There are a lot of good people, with diverse backgrounds. Technolgies and methods employed range from truely archaic to state-of-the art. It is a good place to learn new stuff as well as to watch which ideas work and which clearly do not.

Bisnode consists of a lot of separate conpanies that were acquired by the parent, with no common culture. Fusing these companies to one will be very painful for everyone involved.Internal politics are rampant due to lack of clear lines and areas of authority and general uncertainty.

At Bisnode, there is an amazing team of pros, with whom the work becomes a passion. Even complex situations are easy to tackle and work overload is shared, among the team members. The best digital team!

The documentation and structure regarding data sets are missing. There are legacy products carried on, with no revenue behind. Unfortunately, the product portfolio is varied and lacking synergy and modern design. The user experience is less than average and the integration between legacy and new products does not exist. The ITC infrastructure is outdated and morally obsolete. If I would be in a search for marketing automatization solutions, I will NEVER BUY the current Bisnode's line of solutions/ products.
