- Pay FS/ business people super well like this is an investment bank - Great insurance - Smart and good working level colleagues - Good stepping stone - You will love it if you want to work in an old German bank environment - Great place to work if you can manage upward well
Cons
- No innovation - Bad management, especially the CEO who is not receptive to feedback and talks to employees like a school teacher. Old boys club as in the other reviews. - Openly asked for positive rating in Glassdoor to push down the negative ones; CEO does not care or encourage the company to build a transparent and good culture - Forever changing priorities and focus as a few important people made decisions based on their gut feelings or requests instead of proper data analysis - Customer thinking is a myth - Capable people who are able to execute all leaving/ have already left
