Pros
Career Development
The career progression here is real, and I have been privileged to witness it up close. I have watched the same individual get promoted twice, and rumors say then a third time, all within a single calendar year. One year. Twelve months. Each time, leadership reaffirmed that when you are made of gold, you are given bigger and bigger stages to shine on. Whether the shine was visible to the rest of us is beside the point.
Work-Life Balance
By mid-morning every working day, certain teams transition into athletic training. FIFA. Table tennis. A member of management participates personally. The training runs without exception. The engineering work gets done eventually I am told.
Culture & Values
Management is deeply committed to fostering a no-blame culture. Features get released, features get quietly retired, and when critical issues emerged during a high-visibility period, the response was measured, understanding, and forward-looking. No blame was assigned. No heads rolled. The team moved on, together.
Cons
Because no company is perfect, the air conditioning runs a little cold.
