Pros
It's hard to beat Bitso as a company. Fastest growing industry (crypto), amazing employees, Bitsonians truly believe in the company culture and mission, and we work hard towards it. People are extremely driven and optimistic. The benefits are beyond fabulous and it's a place where you get to learn so quickly. The challenges are not for the faint of heart.
Cons
Such a fast growth comes with issues, people can get worried about their role in the company. Life-work balance is not so great but it's not the companies fault, it's the individuals that are so driven and competition is so tough that everyone wants to go the extra mile.
