I work in the engineering team. I am a 100% remote employee based in the USA. Bitso is a great place to work. While employees are remote, the unique culture fosters from top down enables employees from over 40 countries to build relationship and connect with a passionate drive of making crypto useful. We are on the right path and continue to focus on building meaningful and life changing financial products that brings great social impact in countries that we operate in.
Cons
There has been many organization and process changes at Bitso. However, I believe these changes are necessary to support Bitso's hyper growth. I see stabilization of the changes that have been made by management and the impact of these changes are showing positive results.
