      You can see your work impacting the company quite fast You get to know really skilled people Definitely, you get your skills tested constantly, and you get to learn a lot in a fast phased environment

      Some leadership decisions can feel quite arbitrary, leading to a feeling of uncertainty Working for a company trying to thrive in a volatile industry can be quite stressful due to constant layoffs There are no clear guidelines about the responsibilities of each role, this can change every performance review if leadership decides to change responsibilities while reviewing performance

      Design has nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to have no idea what they're doing, constantly changing direction without addressing the root cause. Roles are being eliminated, and those who stay absorb the extra workload, so burnout is a constant theme. Many ex-employees take a sabbatical after leaving Bitso just to recover.
