Not a good experience - Marketing Lead Bitso Employee Review

There is no way to work at this company and maintain a work-life balance. It is too demanding and stressful. The internal fanaticism for the cryptocurrency industry is not heallthy, is maddening, and feedback from top leaders is not provided to employees in a kind or respectful manner. The work environment does not allow for peace of mind. There is disorder in the strategy; it caters to egos rather than market research. The team works on products that are never launched.
