Your base pay could go up or down, depending on several factors (reviews, tardies, missed classes, forgetting to write comments). You have to interview (Beijing time). You get a job offer. Receive a 6 month contract. Then you have a separate 2 hour orientation (mine was at 4am my time zone) Then you have a separate mock demo (also Beijing time zone). Then you either pass with an "A" grade or try again. Then you must wait until the next semester starts to start working. But you must submit your "availability" right away & it's not changeable.
