NO pros: The way Blue Arrow handle the people they recruit is shameful!

Beware, the 999 call centre job being advertised is NOT guaranteed and they don't mention that anywhere on their adverts! Shame shame shame on you Blue Arrow! Blue Arrow lures you making you think you've landed a "wonderful job" at BT as 999 call handler. AT first, they tell you you will you get FULL FOUR WEEKS paid TRAINING (Full time), then they reduce the training to THREE WEEKS. This is still ok but what makes it worst is when BT (midway through the training) decides that three weeks training is too long and fire FIVE people out of the eight hired by Blue Arrow, a week before the end of the agreed three weeks training. One morning you come and they just ask you to pack your things and leave! What a disgraceful way to treat people ,and the Blue Arrow representative will NOT do anything for you. As long as she is being pampered by BT, she does not care a damn about the people hired by her company. AVOID!!!!
