1. There is no SDLC 2. One person thinks he is god and by this mentality, he treats his employee 3. They want a full project to be completed in 3 Days with full testing and debugging 4.No company workspace.... they just create a WhatsApp group of each individual with management people in it and then all of the management people target the employee and harass him/her 5. They will enter into your life more than your family 6. Don't give Relieving letter 7. Don't settle your dues even after 2 months of resignation and harass you mentally by not replying to your emails and delaying the dues
