Each employee have indivisual whatsapp group with management & boss Every week boss say 'There is no tomorrow' then all team member work full night on that day. If your package is more than 12L Then they will take call in the evening and say we can hire 3 to 4 employee in same salary so this will be your last month or week All the best for your carrear, and you will get fired mail from management
