The down sides are as follow: 1. HR acts as if he is CEO and Comes at his own flexibel time but questions employees about there time and breaks. 2. Management is Worst here 3. Here we have worst Team leads all bucketing and doing there personal work and chit chatting with female employee 4. If you question and raise an issue you will termianted else put into observation 5. Some People don't work at all just chit chat and go and do bucketing with US counter part 7.Team leads are the worst people they all ways support whom they want thats it 8. You work like a dog and get a piece of bread thats it 9. One team lead is always busy with his business and another on angry birds and one more just bucketing and pulling others and searching job for himself 10. In this Company your rest romm timings also tracked.... very funny 11. Hikes are worst they just give like biscuits to dog 12. No one listens to Employee queries just selfish people
