Pros

I was a long time employee from the original days as ADC, then TE then Bluestream. A lot of people stayed with the company through all of these transitions and it truly felt like a family. The employees were taken care of and received small tokens of appreciation or kudos for job well done.

Cons

Bluestream is privately owned by KGP Logistics. It seems the only thing that matters is the money. Employees are not treated well and no one I know received a raise or COL increase in over 3 years. All bonus plans were also terminated.

Pros

I made it though a short time I needed to stay employed for a paycheck to support my family.

Cons

I was a female Construction Manger, they started me out on a lower salary than the men. I was xxx harassed from men in upper management and from the tower crews I managed, when I complained they threatened to fire me if complaints continue and they did nothing about the situation and forced me to work in a hostile work environment. No one would listen to me and when I became pregnant to make a family with my husband, I was demoted and my pay was dropped to a low hourly wage, after I had the baby I went back to my regular job and the hostile work environment started again, they could not fire me for performance so one day they called me and said someone said you were drinking and driving in company vehicle, I am allergic to alcohol and no toxicology test was performed to clear a rumor, I was fired and never felt more discriminated against in my life than I did with this company.

Pros

A few good people remain in the chaos, and they are leaving as opportunities arise.

Cons

No management, or managers that can't/will not motivate the employees. There is no teaming. Management communicates threats without accountability. Outdated tools such as PC's, software. No emphasis on retaining employees. Most of all no urgency on providing service to customers which are slowly going away.
