The work environment is very good.

Sometimes the upper management is not present in the office so as an intern it is difficult to get access to them when I have any questions.

Fast paced, small company. Feels like each employee has autonomy and the power to make an impact due to size & structure of the organization. Pretty good work/life balance with hybrid schedule and evenings & weekends respected. Great employees
