Pros
- Interesting product in the beginning - Good manual testing experience - Good people/coworkers on the lower level
Cons
- Several waves of layoffs, even though employees were told everything was 'okay' - Basically no bonus even though employees were promised a bonus - Poor management - CTOs were fired/left several times in one year - Difficult to grow within the company - Company pretends to be agile when it's not - Some people management yelled at some employees, saying their work is useless and that they were incompetent - Despite this, upper management did nothing to change the situation - Product seemed to go nowhere; feature design and criteria were pulled out of thin air - CEO only focused on numbers and sales - No one in upper management really seemed to care where the product was going
