Pros
You get to apply all your social skills and every day is a challenge to get to your goal. The furniture is beautiful and if you are lucky you have great coworkers.
Cons
When I was working there, I went through different owners, and each one had a "problem" with not knowing how to manage the store and bonuses would got removed by the second owners, which took away a lot of the motivation for all the ones that worked there. I really never experienced the BoConcept culture like other stores do when they follow the manual. If it wasn't for that I believe I would've stayed there.
