Pros
You can learn a lot, gain a lot of experience, some of the nurses are very helpful and teach you so much,
Cons
The pay is absolutely horrible... And they don't give raises, one bonus a year (2% of annual income)that's only if hospital scores are high enough. You don't get paid enough for the work load they give you. And the higher ups are not nice, condescending, and show a lot of favoritism.
