      The pay was good. The role requires little to no direct patient interaction with a focus on UM reviews and payer/ MD collaboration.

      Cons

      High staff turnover to include upper leadership. Temp & travel workers. Case overload due to poor staffing leading to being overwhelmed and eventual burnout.

      Pros

      Quarterly bonus if performance exceeds a certain score percentage for the hospital.

      Cons

      Have to pay for your meals and you would think it would be really cheap or affordable for employees but it's not.. expensive especially after removing the old 50% discount 👎🏽
