      Cant think of much,poor management and retreat things over and over again does the customer know?

      Avoid Derby all together. Bad culture and consistantly lying to customers, throwing away customer parts and passing failed cycles.

      Money but that’s not worth the stress of a horrible culture and toxic environment

      Cons

      Horrible management that has no regard, respect for their people. Very fake and disgusting. No work/life balance whatsoever. No training given- thrown into deep right away.
