Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above.
