Pros

- Offices and facilities in the offices are pretty nice, our studio had a gym in the basement and coffe machines, fridges and water coolers on every floor. - Great colleagues, met some really amazing developers/people some of who I am still friends with to this day. - Great work-life balance, I had plenty of time to do my own thing every day. (Which I, in the Czech way, pretty much spend in the pub with colleagues/friends) - Very nice parties and BBQs - It's a great place to start off your career, learning opportunities can be limited due to people being very busy with projects. - Depending on your department, there can be very little to no crunch. I personally never really had to crunch, I stayed a few extra hours here and there but nothing out of the ordinary.

Cons

- Finding footing in the Czech Republic as a foreigner can be very tiresome. It took me some time to get used to it. - Management is too hesitant in firing sub-par developers, or firing people in general. Granted this seems to have improved drastically this past year. - Management is also too afraid to cancel projects that have been ongoing for a while now with no end in sight, I believe these projects will end up costing the company a lot of money in the long run. (I must add, there is more to this than meets the eye from a management point of view, which is understandable. But this point mostly ties in with the previous point)

Pros

Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Cons

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
