Pros

The colleagues were amazing! Almost everyone was open to talk about anything especially guys from the IT and Video teams. I really liked that people there treated everyone as their own family. I can't say it about upper management tho...

Cons

The company lives in the 90s and doesn't want to live in the present. Upper management should wake up and reconsider their choices and how they treat their employees. They are the ones that make money to the company. Money management? Save every single cent on employees but CEO's can buy expensive stuff which after two weeks isn't even used by them... There are almost no home offices even when there were reconstructions in the facility. I was there during the reconstruction and having to listen and smell all the chemo stuff was horrible. Couldn't they just send all people for one week home and do all the renovations without them? Nah... There is so much that can be improved, and I couldn't even write it all over here...

Pros

Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Cons

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
