Pros

Remote work and comp is okay

Cons

Company leadership is so micromanaging and very rude to employees. Constant surveillance and monitoring even when assigned work is done timely. Leadership has a bad attitude towards about feedback. If its not positive feedback leadership says “it doesn’t reflect the reality here” but the is not the case. Exhibit A is the responses to negative reviews here. Either they don’t know what truly going on or they endorse it. Looks good when staring but after a few month in you will see it for what it truly is.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear this kind of feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you feel heard, supported by your team, and excited about the improvements and technology we’re continuing to invest in. That’s exactly the kind of environment we’re working hard to build every day. We also appreciate the kind words about Dave and Danielle, We’ll be sure to pass that along. If you have more context or additional feedback to share, please email us at hr@bookkeeper360.com.

Pros

If you can manage to be assigned to a good Manager, you’re supported and advocated for. Ive worked in both onboarding and as an ongoing client advisor Absolutely NO pros as a client advisor. In onboarding, the pro list was endless: I felt heard, and like my manager (now the VP of the company) truly cared. If you’re competent, honest, and willing to take constructive criticism with corrective action, he not only supported you, but challenged you in a way that made you feel proud of yourself and your growth. You knew what was expected of you, how to complete your tasks and the VP never hesitates to assist you with strategy and priorities needed to actually be successful in your position, if you’re lucky enough to report to him.

Cons

No cons for onboarding while I worked in the department. As a client advisor IMMEDIATE red flags. Client satisfaction didn’t matter, only your task output Your a work horse used in an assembly line They claim personal development is a priority, but you aren’t given the time to do it unless you want to work over 45 hours a week Manager seemed to outright refuse providing expectations and felt set up to fail right from the start NEVER trust the anonymous employee feedback forms Even if you follow appropriate steps through HR of any issues you’re experiencing with your manager, nothing ever comes of it and is more likely used against you.
