      It's better than most retail jobs, so if that's what you're looking for then Booths is a good choice. Flexible hours for the most part, very easy to swap shifts. Good benefits & holidays

      Cons

      Pay is poor Supervisors are overworked and underpaid and have a tendency to take this out on staff Training can be patchy depending on busyness
