Pay is awful Being a dispatched ALT, you may not feel part of the school at times. Management is very disorganized. At times I wasn’t sure who to communicate with. English level of the Coordinators can be very low and thus hard to communicate with Basically a “worst case scenario” job (you need a visa, money, ect…) No shakai hoken
