      Fast Growing Startup. Great culture. Huge growth opportunity. Those who prove aptitude and work-ethic quickly rise in the ranks and inherit tremendous responsibilities.

      Cons

      Can be Very stressful. Compensation (for most) is on the low end, and stress (for some) on the high end.
