      Good benefits, decent salary, hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Administration doesn't seem to care or invest in its workforce. They have the mindset that you can easily be replaced. So get on board or move on.

      Pros

      free food events half-day time off before holidays most paid breaks in the boston area (including all holidays, intersession) friendly environment able to park

      Cons

      no raises since 2024 and doesn't look like that's going to change don't pay enough for the work that needs to be done
