Pros
Depending on the department you work in, in my case it was a very small part in Creative Services, BU's offices seem to be very organized. There seems to be a person for every task - that I have seen. They had the right resources and the manpower to do the work.
Cons
There are so many people work for BU, and you work to serve an institution so it's easy to feel like a small person within a huge organization. Moreover, you have to look out for yourself to get further in whatever field you are in. I did not learn many new things, but I simultaneously practiced my existing skills - I had the chance to learn some things on my own for the job.
