Good salary and benefits (though the cost of living in Boston is very, very high)
Cons
Terrible work culture at PERD: unprofessional management, cronyism, lack of integrity on work quality. An “old boys’ club” where white male employees run everything, only paying lip service to equity, diversity and inclusion. Internalized misogyny among all management, including the female managers. Absolutely toxic and unhealthy place to work.
