      Pros

      everyone was very helpful and supportive. Monthly meetings are held to make sure everyone is on the same page which is good.

      Cons

      The environment can become very stressful especially when it is the specific time for people coming to view the university

      Good work life balance, motivated students, small class sizes (but depends on the program), some units have a union

      Low salary for Boston, admin not supportive of lectures
