Wonderful, hard-working and dedicated team of employees. This company has lasted 20 years because of the caring and committed staff who show up every day to provide excellent patient care. Benefits package is generous for a small business this size. Middle management is skilled, has created good systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly on a daily basis. Good COVID safety protocols in place.

Owner is walking chaos. Her leadership is disorganized and inconsistent and lacks proper communication. Does not provide employees with adequate training or support, so there is high turnover. For a business based around neurodiversity, she is surprisingly closed to ideas that are not her own. It’s her way or the highway and she’s highly resistant to change. The company has outgrown the owner’s ability to manage people and processes effectively. The Practice Manager serves as a necessary buffer between the owner and staff because when owner is stressed out she is rude and disrespectful to her employees. This could be a good place to work if you report to a manager and not directly to the owner.
