      Pros

      Great team and culture, good opportunity to work on international projects (France, US, UK). Very good worklife balance and solid pay (at least in France). Strong management layer for a company this size.

      Been in the space for a long time and the tech is super solid for really large and complex websites.

      Trying to grow fast brings a lot of challenges and sometimes much less than ideal outcomes.
