Flexible schedule, friendly customers that often come to store, helping others to decorate and being creative. Can book days off if need be in advance, to balance other job or school.
Cons
Negative environment, condescending manager, hideous aprons, repetitive music, key holders work much harder and do much more than our manager & don't get paid enough for all their work.
