      Pros

      Partners and Associates care about the more junior employees, teaching them and their growth. The firm is a family-like environment despite a lot of growth in the past few years. Company invests in their employees, pays for training, staff lunches occasionally and a pretty fun social environment!

      Implementing change can be slow, advancement can sometimes be slow

      Pros

      Nice office, projects are across GTA and are quite prominent. Compensation on the higher end.

      Cons

      Lack of support and training. Feedback feels destructive and disrespectful (almost like bullying), poor workload management and communication of responsibilities. No work-life balance.
