Pros
BoxCast is put together of an amazing and eclectic group of people. At work, you're guaranteed to laugh every day. Still, people are determined to make the company succeed. When you're working so closely with a group of under 20 people, there's a level of alignment unmatched by larger organizations. Plus, the overall level of ping pong skill is unrivaled.
Cons
At times, the company can struggle to finish projects. Part of this lays in the fact that as a startup, there is simply so much going on all the time. BoxCast is improving upon this weakness as more people are starting to "own" projects and push them to completion.
